Ingredients:

  • Natural peanut butter                          ½ cup
  • Old fashioned rolled oats                    1 cup
  • Chocolate chips                                   ¼ cup
  • Honey                                                 ¼ cup
  • Sea salt                                                1 pinch
  • Ground flaxseed                                 2 tbsp
  • Shredded coconut (unsweetened)       ¼ cup
  • Vanilla extract                                    1 tsp

Enjoy these oats and dried cherries energy bites in the morning before your breakfast, or after lunch to get extra power. Just as preview recipe, there is no need to cook or bake and the ingredients listed below will get about 20 energy balls.

Ingredients:

  • Old-fashioned oats                              1 cup
  • Coarsely chopped dried cherries         ¾ cup
  • Vanilla extract                                    1 teaspoon
  • Coconut flakes (unsweetened)           ½ cup
  • Kosher salt                                          ¼ teaspoon
  • Ground cinnamon                               1 teaspoon
  • Honey                                                 ¼ cup
  • Peanut butter                                       ½ cup

How To Prepare Oats And Dried Cherries No-Bake Energy Bites:

Get a medium-sized bowl and pour the cinnamon, kosher salt, vanilla extract, and honey. Add three tablespoon of hot water and stir until smooth and well combined. Then, stir in the coconut flakes and oats, and let it sit for about ten minutes.

After that, add the chopped dried cherries and almond butter, and stir the mixture thoroughly until incorporated. Roll the mixture into balls by rubbing it between your palms.

Ingredients:

  • Rolled oats                                          1½ cups
  • Mini chocolate chips                           1/3 cup
  • Whey protein                                      2 scoops
  • Water                                                  3 tbsp
  • Honey                                                 ¼ cup
  • Natural peanut butter                          ½ cup

If you don’t like Whey protein, you can substitute it with vanilla flavor extract.

How To Prepare No-Bake Energy Bites With Chocolate Chips:

In a large bowl place the rolled oats, honey, and peanut butter and add two tablespoons of water then stir well until it forms a dough. If you feel the mixture is too dry, add an extra teaspoon of water until you get the desired texture. Then, stir in the mini chocolate chips.

Ingredients:

  • Old fashioned oats                              1 cup
  • Honey                                                 1/3 cup
  • Toasted shredded coconut                  2/3 cup
  • Ground flaxseed                                 ½ cup
  • Vanilla extract                                    1 tsp
  • Chia seeds                                           1 tsp
  • Vegan chocolate chips                        ½ cup
  • Natural peanut butter                          ½ cup

How To Prepare No-Bake Energy Bites:

Stir all the ingredients in a large-sized bowl until thoroughly combined. Cover the bowl and chill it for about two hours to enable the mixture to stick together easily.

After two hours, bring the bowl out of the fridge and roll the dough into 1-inch balls. Place the balls on a plate, chill again for twenty minutes, and serve.
