Three soup recipes that help you lose weight.

I personally love any kind of soup and the main benefit of eating soup is that keeps my weight in control and help me stay free of cellulite. I suggest you try them and eat at least once a week soup, you will notice a big difference in your health.

Red lentil soup recipe

Red lentil soup:
I have often prepared this soup but not to lose weight, just because is healthy and contains a lot of calories. The biggest reason to eat lentil soup is because is tasty and healthy, but also easy to cook. 

The lentil soup is originated from Turkey, according to Wikipedia. Due to reduced cooking time, lentil is an excellent alternative to beans, ideal in soup or cooked with meat and vegetables. Lentil is classified as a nutritional grade A food because of its high fibre, iron, magnesium, phosphorus and protein content and very low-fat content. The lentil does not contain cholesterol and provides a caloric intake of approximately 110-160 kcal / 100g, depending on the variety of lentils and the way of preparation.

What you need to prepare red lentil soup:

350-400 grams of red lentils
2-2.5 litres of water
1 carrot
2 onions
3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon of freshly ground pepper
1 tablespoon of salt
2 bay leaves
2 finely chopped garlic cloves
 half a teaspoon of paprika

How to prepare red lentil soup:
1. Put the lentil soaked one hour before making soup.

2. Heat the oil in the saucepan in which you want to make the soup, add the onion, garlic and chopped carrot for about a minute, to avoid burning the onion or garlic.

3. Add tomato purée and paprika. Let it boil for about 5 minutes while stirring.

4. Add 3-4 cups of water, depending on how thick you want the soup to come out of, then add the lemon, already drained.

5. Boil for 30-40 minutes until all ingredients are homogenized.

6. Add salt and pepper.

7. Mix with a blender if you like to make it creamy.

8. Serve with lemon juice to be a bit saltier.

Tomato soup recipe

● 1 kg of tomatoes

● 1 red pepper
● 1 carrot
● 1 onion
● 3 tablespoons of rice
● 2 tablespoons of oil
● green parsley
● salt 

How to prepare tomato soup: 


In a saucepan, put the water and boil the tomatoes. 
Meanwhile, we clean the carrot, pepper and onion. Season the onion and add the carrots to the small slices.

After you soaked the tomatoes, let them cool. Clean them from the skin and put them on the chopper and mix them properly. In a larger pot we put the oil and put the onion on top, then add the carrot and the red pepper and leave for a few minutes until it becomes brown. Then add the tomatoes and leave for a few minutes. After fill with water and boil on a small fire.

Wash the rice and leave it for about 5 minutes to soak it, then add it to the soup. Leave a few minutes until the rice is boiled. Add salt to the soup to taste. At the end of the preparation add green parsley on top. 

You can serve hot or cold, either way, is delicious. 

Bean soup recipe

Bean soup:

500 grams of beans
1 large carrot
1 onion
2-3 tomatoes
 green dill
1/2 teaspoon thyme
black pepper grains
1 bay leaf
1 red pepper
oil and salt

Put the bean soaked in the cold water the night before.
The next day boil the beans separately until they start to soften a little bit. Add the sliced ​​carrot and red pepper, add the thyme, a bay leaf, salt and black pepper beans.

Separately, put onion in a little oil (about 75ml) then add the chopped tomatoes and let it boil well until it softens.

When the beans are boiled, add the tomatoes and onions and let it boil for few more minutes.

Seasoned with chopped green dill, you can serve it cold or hot.
